We offer multiple packages so you get the amount of support needed to sleep at night. Not every couple requires the same level of assistance throughout the planning process. Some of our clients want guidance from the beginning and others feel they have a good idea on where to start. This is what ultimately determines which package is right for you.

WHAT PACKAGE FITS YOU?
FULL PLANNING & DESIGN
START DATE: Immediately
A client who chooses this package wants an easy and fool-proof process. The Trinity team guides you through every step of planning from contracting vendors and choosing a hairstyle to your color palette and entree selections. You get to make all the decisions but don't have to do any leg-work.
PARTIAL PLANNING & DESIGN
START DATE: 120 days prior
This package is for the client that who has a good handle on what vendors they'd like to hire but want to make sure we oversee all the tedious details towards the end. Once our services begin we thoroughly discuss your current progress, wedding priorities, and design style. This will ensure continuity and a personalized aesthetic.
DAY-OF COORDINATION
START DATE: 60 days prior
This package is for a very hands-on bride! These clients feel our planning documents are enough guidance to help them until Trinity's services begin. This type of client feels confident in hiring reputable vendors, reading through contracts, and figuring out their wedding aesthetic. However, this type of client also knows they can't run things on their wedding day. Hiring a professional planner to tidy-up details is the best investment you can make.
