Obviously, you're aware that you can't "do it all" on your wedding day and neither can your family or friends. That's why we are here. Once you contract us we will send you extensive planning documents to guide you until we step in. Don't worry, we are ALWAYS just a phone call away. We encourage our clients to call us if they're stuck trying to make a decision or just want some insight and guidance.
Day-Of-Coordination is more than just being present on your big day. We are fully invested in making sure your vision comes to life. Our first meeting will consist of reviewing your vendor contracts, as well as your planning and design concept. From there we hit the ground running to make sure every facet of your big day is flawlessly prepped. With all weddings, there will be some details that need to be changed or added. That's why we are here! We assess your planning and design concept and begin formulating a strategic plan to tackle any gaps in your planning.
We attend the final walk-thru of the venue with you and discuss layout optimization and strategic placement for a flawless design.
All vendors will shift their communication to Trinity so you only have one point of contact, US!
On your wedding day we are the first to arrive and the last to leave. We direct all vendors throughout the day, receive all orders, set-up the event space, facilitate every logistic, and most importantly we ensure you and your family get to celebrate, enjoy, and be present the entire day. Since we come with a staff of 6 to every wedding we are always on top of every detail & facet.
You don't have to worry about how your gifts & cards will get into mom's car, your Uncle Marvin makes it into an Uber, clean-up of the venue, or anything else! We've got ya, babe.
